In-Store Customer Service

The customer service associate acts as touchpoint between our team and vendors, referral agencies, and more. This position requires a friendly, helpful, and approachable disposition and focuses on increasing customer acquisition and retention. The potential applicant for this role should ideally have great verbal communication skills, know how to use a computer, and have a comprehensive understanding of the needs of our customer base. Applicants must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Outside Sales Representative

The outdoor sales representative works to market our business and generate leads by working with customers, creating solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process at hospitals, nursing homes, physician’s offices, and other locations in our local area. Candidates for this position should have excellent communication skills, great clerical and computer skills, and should be target-driven. A confident and friendly disposition combined with an intuitive understanding of our clients’ needs is required. Applicants must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
